Our food truck and deli is truly one-of-a-kind. From Greek and Italian dishes to French and Portuguese flavors infused into our Mediterranean taste — we feature a variety of signature dishes and salads that take the BOLD route on purpose.

The idea

Mediterranean is bigger than one coastline.

Most "Mediterranean" menus stop at hummus and gyros. Ours starts there — then keeps going. Italian pasta dishes. French-leaning salads. Portuguese cilantro-garlic salsa on a wrap. Moroccan spices on chicken. It is one of the world's biggest cuisine regions, and we think the menu should feel like it.

The kitchen

Made to order. Fresh. Homemade.

Everything is cooked to order, from fresh ingredients, using our own recipes. Halal, kosher, and gluten-free dishes are available on request. If you have a special menu or dish in mind for a catering event, tell us — more often than not, we can make it happen.

The trucks

Two wheels, two kitchens.

One Mediterranean truck. One Gourmet Burger truck. Each can roll up to your event, park, and serve guests live. Plenty of events book both — one line for gyros, one for burgers, everyone wins.

The deli

Glen Burnie's 7-days-a-week habit.

When the truck is on the road, the deli is where we cook breakfast, build omelet sandwiches, slice cold cuts fresh, and run daily Mediterranean specials. Come by 7 days a week, 7am to 9pm.
